  • You will be held fully responsible for your unique code that Old Mutual sent to you. Do not share you code with anyone.
  • Up to 50% of your current cash value at the time of the loan creation with FIDO will be held as collateral for this FIDO loan until FIDO confirms that you have successfully repaid the loan.
  • You will be unable to withdraw any amount from your policy till you have repaid the last/active FIDO loan that has been backed by your savings at Old Mutual.
  • By accessing the link provided below, you would begin the process to become a Fido customer at your own free will.
  • You will interact with FIDO based on the agreement you sign with them. Old Mutual shall not be responsible for any liability that may arise under the agreement between you and FIDO.
  • You will be fully responsible for the repayment of your FIDO loan.
  • Loan repayments include charges and interest rates and would include all applicable penalties if any of the FIDO repayment rules are breached.
  • On this exclusive offer, FIDO will provide loans at an interest rate of 3.5% per month. These loans are only available to you as an Old Mutual Policyholder with the unique code Old Mutual will send to you.
  • In the event of any claim by your beneficiary, repayment of any outstanding loaned amount shall be made to FIDO before any disbursement are made to your beneficiaries under your policy.
  • FIDO will notify Old Mutual to repay any outstanding loaned amount if you breach their repayment rules. A partial withdrawal (i.e. a withdrawal on an Old Mutual policy not exceeding 50% of the current cash value) would be processed for FIDO immediately Old Mutual receives this notification without your consent.
