He has 38 years' experience of corporate leadership, good governance, human resource development, business improvement, policy development, and project management. He has worked with numerous corporate clients and project teams.
Mr Winful is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. He is intimately involved with policy and practice in financial management and development and is a regular presenter at conferences.

With a career spanning over 25 years in banking, Mr Ambah (Nigerian) has occupied various senior management positions. These positions include Managing Director of Ecobank Liberia, Executive Director United Bank for Africa (UBA), Chairman, Allstates Trust Bank, Managing Director Ecobank Nigeria, Managing Director Ecobank Capital and Executive Director Ecobank Transnational.
He was also Group Chief Executive of Old Mutual West Africa during which time he established Old Mutual in Nigeria and Ghana. He is retired from Old Mutual and continues to serve on the boards in Nigeria and Ghana as a Non-Executive Board Member. Offong is currently the Chief Executive of Marine Network Ltd, an oil services company engaged in the provision of offshore support services to the Oil and Gas industry. Offong Ambah holds both B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Economics from the Universities of Lagos and Ibadan respectively.

Pryce Kojo Thompson has served on the boards of many companies in Ghana over his working career including the board of Old Mutual Ghana, where he is a Non-Executive Board Member. Pryce retired from SS3 Bank in 2003 after fifteen years at the bank's helm of affairs.
During his tenure of office as Chief Executive he anchored the management team, which restructured the then Social Security Bank from its distressed state in the 1980's, through its turnaround into a viable attractive financial institution.

Helen is a Risk Management and Compliance professional with over 25 years cross industry experience spanning Insurance, Telecommunications and Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). She is currently the Controls, Compliance and Ethics Director at Guinness Ghana Breweries Plc – part of the Diageo Group. She has also held senior management roles at both MTN and Vodafone in Ghana, as well as varied Risk Management, Underwriting and Audit roles with UK insurers - these include Swiss Re Group, Aviva Plc and Prudential Assurance. Helen is a Chartered Insurer from the UK Chartered Insurance Institute, and holds an MBA from Durham University Business School, UK.

Tavona is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries Uk and holds an MBA from The University of Cape Town among other academic and professional qualifications. Tavona has been a part of the Old Mutual family for over ten years. In this period he has held various roles working in the Zimbabwean, South African and Malawian markets.
Most recently as Managing Director of both Old Mutual Life Assurance Company And Old Mutual Pension Services Company where he helped to position Old Mutual as the leading life insurer in Malawi. He also held various industry positions including being both President of the Life and Pensions Association and the Actuarial Society.
Mr. Samuel Ogbu

Mr. Donald Samuel Ogbu is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Old Mutual West Africa, a position he assumed in November 2018. In this position he oversees Old Mutual’s West African Businesses in both Nigeria and Ghana tasked with leading a turnaround Old Mutual’s businesses in West Africa and strengthening the Group’s presence in the region. In this position he oversees Old Mutual’s West African Businesses in both Nigeria and Ghana. Before taking up his current role, Samuel, as he prefers to be called, was the Group Executive, West Africa of Liberty Holdings, a position he moved into following his role as the Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Properties. Prior to joining the Liberty Group, Samuel was the General Manager of Old Mutual’s Large Corporate Business at Old Mutual South Africa. Before that, he held senior executive directorships at Sage Life, South Africa and Africa Media Group.
Samuel is armed with more than thirty (30) years of professional experience with the last fifteen (15) years spent in various general management roles within the insurance industry in South Africa and Nigeria. He has extensive experience in a variety of other sectors in sub-Saharan African countries. Samuel has been involved in the revitalizing a number of corporate brands, notably in the financial and property industries.
Samuel is a past President of the South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA), the foremost real estate industry organization in Africa; for several years, Samuel played a pivotal role in promoting investor interest in the African Commercial Real Estate sector. He has spoken at numerous international conferences across Africa, Europe, and the United States.
Samuel has a bachelor’s degree from South Bank University. He is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) having trained with Price Water House in London. He holds an MBA from Wits Business School, Johannesburg. He is a senior member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) and a member of the Institute of Directors. He has held directorships of several listed and unlisted companies in the United Kingdom, South Africa and other parts of Africa.
Samuel is a member of the Young Presidents Organization, the Urban Land Institute and a former director of the Nigeria-South Africa Chamber of Commerce. He is a keen golfer and runner; he has completed a number of marathons around the world including Lagos, New York, Tokyo, Paris London, Chicago, Berlin and Boston.

Isabella Osei Kusi has over five years of experience as a practising lawyer after being called to the Ghana Bar in October 2014.
Isabella was a Junior Associate at AB & David, a renowned law firm, where she assisted in providing advice to key clients in the areas of Corporate, Labour & Employment, Immigration, Real Estate & Property and Finance. She also worked in the legal and Company Secretarial unit of Access Bank (Gh) Plc where she gained a wealth of knowledge on the financial industry.
Isabella graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Work and Psychology from the University of Ghana in 2009 and in 2010 she pursued a degree in law from the same University. In 2014 she successfully completed her professional law programme at the Ghana School of law after which she was called to the Ghana Bar.
